In case you are not sure for your health, download the diver medical and visit your doctor or visit our local doctor in Pythagorio before joining us.
Minimum age
10+ years
Any student age 10-14 will receive the Junior certification.
After becoming 15 years old this automatically upgrades to the full certification.
Duration
E-Learning: 10-15 hours
Practical sessions: 3-4 half days
The practical training is divided in 4 sessions that take around 3 hours.
These sessions combine practical theory and all practical and safety skills.

What if I am scared? Can I do it?
Yes, you absolutely can. We provide a personal experience during all our trainings, allowing us to adapt to your needs. We take our time when needed and we believe everyone who wants to learn can do it. Samos is an excellent and safe area to learn scuba diving.
FAQ
Do I have to finish the e-learning before joining the classes?
Cormorant Garamond is a classic font with a modern twist. It's easy to read on screens of every shape and size, and perfect for long blocks of text.
While it is not required, we highly recommend trying to read as much of the e-learning as possible. We always go through the theory during the sessions, but by completing the e-learning we can focus more on practical theory over classroom sessions. It is also more beneficial for you to ask more precise questions, enhancing your learning experience.
What if I don’t have time to finish this training?
Cormorant Garamond is a classic font with a modern twist. It's easy to read on screens of every shape and size, and perfect for long blocks of text.
If it is not possible to finish the full Open Water diver course, we will at least make sure to complete all the skills for the Scuba diver certificate. Afterwards you will be able to complete your lessons at any other dive center of your choosing to continue to the Open Water Diver level.
