What you will learn

Prerequisites
50+ logged dives
Completed the Deep Dive, Night and Limited visibility and Navigation Dive specialties.
Stress and Rescue Diver (+ less than 2 year old proof for first aid and oxygen provider)
This training focuses on an intensive training course to start leading dives with other divers.
In order to succeed you must already have all other qualifications.
Minimum age
18+ years
Since you are trained to become a professional you must be at atleast 18 years old to be allowed to work.
Duration
1 week (2 dives per day)
It is an intense week to prepare you to be able to work as a dive professional in just a week.
If you don't feel ready we recommend to join our sped up version of the zero to hero training.

Can I become an SSI divemaster if I did my training with a different organisation?
Yes, absolutely! All recreational certificates that adhere to the ISO regulations are equal to each other. In case of uncertainty, we have a list of organisations recognised by SSI for equivalency so we can cross reference to be sure.

Do I need to bring my own equipment?
Cormorant Garamond is a classic font with a modern twist. It's easy to read on screens of every shape and size, and perfect for long blocks of text.
While it is not required, we do recommend bringing your own dive computer and mask. These are easy items to take while travelling and are important for both your own dive experience and as a representation as a dive professional.
Is this training available year round?
Cormorant Garamond is a classic font with a modern twist. It's easy to read on screens of every shape and size, and perfect for long blocks of text.
It is available anytime from May to October. For other months outside the season we recommend to contact us to see whether or not we will be able to host the training.
